third time was a charm, March 20, 2014
This review is from: Evenflo Triumph LX Convertible Car Seat, Mosaic (Baby Product)
I previously purchased two different car seats before this one. The two before I could not get to fit into my vehicle very well. I couldn't seem to get the seat tight enough in my rear bucket seats (honda accord vehicle). This seat fits great and it was really easy to install! We take the car seat out twice a week for baby sitting purposes so having a seat that is easy to install is very important to me. The seat seems to be great quality. The only reason I did not give it a 5 star rating is that the two knobs on the sides to tighten the harness are a bit hard to turn when you have the seat rear facing. 0 Help other customers find the most helpful reviews <span Was this review helpful to you?

Overall very positive, April 14, 2014
This review is from: Evenflo Triumph LX Convertible Car Seat, Mosaic (Baby Product)
Like the cup holders. But loosening the safety belts ,particularly if it is rear facing, is a pain. I also have a 2 year old Evenflo Triumph that easily allows you to loosen the belts when strapping your child in. I would not spend the extra money on the more expensive XL next time. 0 Help other customers find the most helpful reviews <span Was this review helpful to you?

Not Worth the Money, October 25, 2014
This review is from: Evenflo Triumph LX Convertible Car Seat, Mosaic (Baby Product)
We did a lot of research on car seats before deciding on this one. It seems fairly comfortable for our 16 month old. However, if I had it to do over, I would not have chosen this seat. The knobs seem like a good idea, but they are actually a huge nuisance for tightening the straps. We have a cheaper Evenflo seat in our second vehicle that tightens using the old fashioned strap pull, and it is MUCH easier to use, particularly in the rear facing position. Also, loosening the straps is very difficult because you have to stuff your hand between the seat and the car seat to press the little lever. Furthermore, the removable cover was badly frayed after the first wash, even though I took all the suggested precautions. Overall, not worth the extra cost. 0 Help other customers find the most helpful reviews <span Was this review helpful to you?
